The self catering
apartment sleeps 4 (1 double bed 2 single) with bathroom (bath, shower,
WC, bidet and hand basin). Towels are provided but not beach towels. The
kitchen is equipped for self-catering with fridge/freezer, hob, oven,
microwave, toaster etc. and laundry facilities, washing machine, ironing board and
iron. The lounge / diner are spacious with comfortable furniture,
television, DVD player and CD radio. Ceiling fans throughout. Hair dryer & iron. There is a
private rear patio with barbeque, patio tables and chairs. At the front
of the apartment is a terrace and gated driveway. The apartment is fitted with
traditional Spanish security grills and doors, an alarm and a key safe.

2 communal pools are available for use, the closest being 2
doors away. 5-10 minute walk to mini market, chemist,
bars/restaurants. The local village of Pinar de Campoverde is 2 minutes drive
and has bars, restaurants and shops (10-15 min walk). The local town of
Pilar de la Horadada is a 10 minute drive. The nearest beach is a 15
minute drive. Airport collection/drop off booking
available at extra cost. Alicante airport 1 hr., Murcia, San Javier
airport, 30 mins.
